HM receives greetings on ROP Annual Day

MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has received a cable of greetings from Lt Gen Hassan bin Mohsin bin Salim al Shraiqi, Inspector General of Police and Customs, on the occasion of the Royal Oman Police (ROP) Annual Day which falls on January 5. In his cable, Lt Gen al Shraiqi said ‘Your Majesty Sultan Qaboos, Supreme Commander, Peace and Blessings of Allah be Upon You. “It is my honour and that of the ROP personnel to express to Your Majesty the best greetings on the occasion of the ROP Annual Day on January 5, praying to the Almighty Allah for the return of this and other happy occasions on your Majesty with good health and happiness, Oman and its people with prosperity.
Your Majesty,  the modernisation of Your Police is going rapidly as per the carefully studied plans and according to the priorities we have; thanks to Your Majesty’s care. This modernisation includes all police fields to keep pace with the rapid comprehensive development taking place in the Sultanate to ensure the security of Oman, its citizens and all those living on its land as per the highest quality, swiftness and perfection standards.
