KUWAIT: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has sent a written message to Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jabir al Sabah, Emir of Kuwait. The message was handed over by Hamid bin Said bin Salim al Ibrahim, Sultanate’s Ambassador to the State of Kuwait, when Shaikh Sabah received him on Sunday.
