In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere greetings and best wishes to President Savarin and the friendly people of Dominica. His Majesty also sent a cable of greetings to President Juan Carlos Varela of the Republic of Panama on the occasion of his country’s National Day. His Majesty expressed his sincere greetings and best wishes to President Varela.
