Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has sent condolences to President Rodrigo Roa Duterte of the Philippines on deaths by floods and landslides brought by tropical storm Usman. His Majesty expressed his sympathy to President Duterte, families of the victims, and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
