1- Spend some time to take a walk. About 30 or more minutes of moderate activity on 5 or more days per week lower the risks of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and memory loss by 30 per cent.
2- Be moderate in adding salt to your cooked dishes. Instead, use vegetables, herbs and spices to add flavour and colour to your meals.
3- Change in routine, like fasting during Ramadhan, could lead to constipation. To avoid this, enrich your diet with fibre by eating vegetables, fruits, whole grains and legumes. Drink plenty of water and try to be active whenever possible.
