MUSCAT: Shaikh Mohammed bin Said al Kalbani, Minister of Social Development, met in his office on Thursday, Salah Abdullah al Mousa, Chairman of the Gulf Disability Society (GDS).
The meeting discussed aspects of cooperation between the Gulf Society and the ministry and means of developing them in the future in the interest of persons with disabilities at the local and regional levels.
The meeting also discussed the possibility of hosting the Gulf Conference on Disability, which addresses important topics, including the disabled tourism in all areas, such as leisure tourism, health and education, and finding facilities for the disabled person to engage in the tourism work. — ONA
