Fuel mix-up affects vehicles at Buraimi station

A fuel mix-up at a station in Al Buraimi led to several vehicles developing technical problems on Wednesday. The tank meant for M91 fuel was filled with diesel and vice-versa, resulting in vehicles facing technical issues.

Speaking to Observer, a person in the charge of the station said the vehicles refuelled between 8 pm and 12 midnight on February 19 will have their problems fixed at a specific workshop.

Al Maha Petroleum, in a statement, confirmed it was in touch with the fuel station operator to ensure the affected vehicles are repaired. The company said it was investigating the matter.
