A number of attack helicopters, tanks, armoured vehicles, troop carriers and other heavy military equipment belonging to the British Armed Forces have arrived at the Duqm Port as part of the ongoing preparations for the Swift Sword 3 Omani-British joint military exercise due to be held next month. The drill aims to exchange combat and logistical expertise in joint military operations with a view to increasing capabilities and maintaining readiness and operational efficiency of the armed forces of both countries. — ONA
