MUSCAT: Dr Rawya bint Saud al Busaidiyah, Minister of Higher Education, on Wednesday received Dr Sabri Mamdoh Saidam, Palestinian Minister of Education and Higher Education on the sidelines of the meetings of the joint committee for activating cooperation fields specified by a memorandum of understanding in the field on higher education signed between the ministries of higher education of the Sultanate and the State of Palestine.
