Dakhiliyah Chamber of Commerce holds meeting

NIZWA, April 22 - The Education and Training Committee of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate held its first meeting of the Board of Directors (2014-2018). Hamad bin Said al Rubkhi, Chairman of the Board of the Chamber Branch in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, was also present. Yahya bin Salim al Azri was elected Chairman of the Committee and Kathiah bint Hamed Vice-Chairman. The chamber seeks to create a representation of the private sector in coordination with the competent authorities, colleges, universities and private schools through meetings, conferences, seminars and exhibitions in the field of education and training. The meeting discussed the plan of work of the committee for 2018, which includes programmes aimed at the professional development of workers in the sector and its development.
