Muscat: The fifth annual customer service conference, organised by Al Assayel For Conference Management in cooperation with the Ministry of Civil Service under the theme “Creativity and Excellence in Customer Service ‘ started in Muscat on Tuesday. The conference aims at enhancing the skills of participants on how to deal with customers.
