MUSCAT: Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME) said that Oman oil price for April delivery reached $62.47. The DME statement said that the price of Oman oil declined $1.87 from the price of “Wednesday, which was $64.34. The average price of Oman oil for February delivery has stabilised at $61.60, thus 81 cents per barrel higher than January delivery. Meanwhile, international oil prices extended Wednesday’s sharp sell-off on concerns about increasing US production, offsetting an output cap by Opec and Russia.
