Creativity forum held in Musannah

By Badriya Al Balushi — AL MUSANAAH: April 23 – The third two-day creativity forum, titled ‘Belonging and Gratitude’, was held in the Wilayat of Musannah. The forum, which concluded on Saturday, was held under the auspices of Shaikh Nasser bin Said al Haddabi, Member of the State Council. It was organised by Zawaya Al Amal Institute and Al Musannah Voluntary Team. It had a number of informative sections in different tents. 992211One was a ‘Talents Tent’ that saw skills such as Arabic calligraphy, painting, Holy Quran recitation, photography, reading, charitable tasks and handmade products being showcased.
Another tent showcased talents of students from the Disabled Care Association as well as of mountain climbers. The forum had a tent called ‘Al Roai’ that organised informative and entertaining activities for children. An exhibition titled ‘Global Islam Message’ participated in the forum, which was supervised by the Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs. The event saw participation from Royal Oman Police (ROP) in the section for young policemen. A blood bank section, hosted by the Ministry of Health, was also seen. The forum concluded under the auspices of Shaikh Ahmed al Salih, Member of the State Council. Participants and government entities who took part were rewarded by the patron of the event.
