Council of Oman exhibition at STF receives good response

SALALAH: The participation of the Council of Oman in the exhibition of government bodies and institutions in the Salalah Tourism Festival this year concluded on Thursday. The exhibition witnessed a great response from visitors. They were briefed about the various exhibits that documented the development of the Shura march in the Sultanate and its successive stages. It also included display of numerous publications, films that reflect the work of the two Councils as well as a children’s corner, educational and recreational events and competitions. The exhibition was designed to disseminate and promote parliamentary awareness among the various segments of society through participation in community events and to familiarise the visitors with the progress of the joint consultative process. It highlighted the coordination, cooperation and integration between the State Council and Majlis Ash’shura through this unified exhibition.
