Canon unwraps 24.3-MP PowerShot G1 X Mark III

Canon has released the 24.3-megapixel PowerShot G1 X Mark III, which is its first-ever APS-C sensor compact zoom camera. It comes in the sleek body of the last G1 X Mark II design for an extra DSLR-like appeal. It also boasts Canon’s quick and perfect dual-pixel AF and a latest 2.36 million dot OLED EVF. With a bigger sensor carried from the company’s EOS 80D DSLR, the f/2.8-5.6 lens in the PowerShot G1 X Mark III is proficient in creating a depth-of-field and has a faster focus than company’s DSLR or mirrorless kit lenses. The Canon PowerShot G1 X Mark III will be available next month for the price of $1,299 that is quite a price hike on than its predecessor.
