Muscat - The police, in cooperation with the Muscat Municipality, raided a cafe at Mabela in the Seeb area after it was used for illegal and immoral purposes.
A statement from ROP said, " A campaign was conducted and several men and women were arrested from a cafe that was turned into a discotheque without permission for crimes against public order and morals.
