Arab-India partnership conference on December 14

MUSCAT: The Sultanate will host the 5th edition of the Arab-Indian Partnership Conference, which will be kick-off on December 14th. The opening ceremony of the two-day conference will be held under the patronage of Sayyid Kamil bin Fahd bin Mahmood al Said, Assistant Secretary-General at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers. Ridha bin Juma al Saleh, Deputy Chairman for Administrative and Financial Affairs at Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI), Head of the Conference’s Organising Committee, said that the conference will provide the opportunity to hold bilateral meetings among the businessmen, pointing out that all the interested are invited to attend the conference’s activities and meetings. The conference’s sessions will discuss several important topics in the fields of technology, innovation, health, pharmaceutical industry, renewable energy, clean technology, food security, safety, education and higher education, skills development and tourism sector. — ONA
