MUSCAT: Alizz Islamic Bank, one of the first dedicated Islamic banks in Oman, has taken another step forward in its commitment to excellence in customer service by announcing the opening of a Tharwa Lounge at its Sohar branch on Al-Bahja Street. The exclusive facility offers the services of a highly-qualified relationship manager, who will be assigned to each account that has a balance of over OMR40, 000 and for each Tharwa account member who earns an income exceeding RO 4, 000 a month.
Commenting on the new facility, Moosa Al Jadidi, Chief Operating Officer of Alizz, said: “Tharwa Lounge brings to our customers all the privileges they need to manage their funds with convenience. This initiative comes in line with Alizz Islamic Bank’s policy to give our customers easy access to the best services.” The Tharwa Lounge was opened under the patronage of Shaikh Ali bin Sulaiman Al Shibli, former Majlis Ash’shura member, with a number of dignitaries from Sohar attending the event. On the occasion, Alizz Islamic Bank representatives highlighted the benefits of Sharia-compliant products and services delivered by the bank.
