Muscat, april 25 - Al Salam clinched their third Oman Volleyball Association (OVA) First Division league title for the third time in a row beating Suhar 3-1 at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex on Tuesday. The scoreline was 25-23, 25-23, 19-25, 25-23. The match was a tightly contested tie with the first two sets going to Al Salam. It looked as if Al Salam would wrap up proceedings in the third set itself but Suhar fought back strongly to take the third set 25-19. However, Al Salam recovered and won the set and match 25-19. Individual Awards: Best spiker: Ahmed al Shizawi (Suhar), Best playmaker: Adam al Jalboobi (Seeb), Best libero: Abdullah al Miqbali (Suhar), Best blockers: Ahmed al Toobi (Seeb), Saud al Mamari (Al Salam).
