Muscat: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on Tuesday offered three plots for investment and development. The investment shall be in the fields of tourism and real estate in vital locations in the Governorate of Muscat based on a usufruct pact in coordination with the Tender Board.
The first plot is located in Airport Heights in the Wilayat of Al Seeb. It covers an area of 127,224 square metres. The second plot is located in Al Khuwair(14,588 square metres), while the third is in Ghala Heights (13,267 square metres) in the Wilayat of Bausher.

It is worth mentioning that initial studies were carried to determine the nature of projects. The study also included traffic and soil examination.
