The Ministry of Heritage and Culture will organise the 23rd edition of Youth Literary and Art Forum in Salalah from August 21 to August 23.
Dr Hilal bin Said al Hajri, Director-General of Arts, Head of the Forum’s Competition Committee, said that the forum started 22 years ago as an annual youth gathering where young artists and writers compete for the annual competition in literary writing branches, including poetry and short story.
