MUSCAT: A group of 200 Arab bikers began a tour to explore Oman. The event, organised by Oman Bikers, Oman Motor Bike and Solo Oman, with support from the Oman Telecommunications Company and in cooperation with Oman Automobile Association, was flagged off on Monday. The group consists of bikers from Arab communities living in the Sultanate. The bikers from various Arab and Gulf states and residents from various communities are keen to discover the Sultanate.
During the 5-day tour, the participants will visit a number of governorates covering a distance of 1,200 km and the tour will take them to Wadi Shab in the Wilayat of Qurayat, Ras Al Jinz, Ras Al Rowais and Asila in the Wilayat of Sur, passing by Wadi Bani Khalid and the sands of Bidiya, and Nizwa Markets in the Governorate of Al Dakhiliyah, in addition to Al Hoota Cave. The bikers will then proceed to the Wilayat of Ibri in the Governorate of Al Dhahirah and the tour ends in the Wilayat of Sohar. — ONA
